In order to get rid of the increasing crime rate in the area, police department has decided to open a special crime branch named itc (immediate crime tackling) and timmy g has been deputed there as the controller of the branch. but he has his own philosophy of dealing with crime and the criminals. sitcom is typically based on his activities and strategies to satisfy his philosophy, that differ from any other lawmaker.
